George Dalton Tolbert IV has been working as a professional photographer in the Washington, D.C. area since 1970. His work has appeared in newspapers, magazines and galleries in the DC area and around the world. George is currently an Official U.S. Senate Photographer. In this capacity, he has traveled to Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Africa. He is especially known for his people photography both in the studio and on location.
